Jonathan Ortega

Jonathan is head of sales and operations, leading the team's daily initiatives to develop and carry out elite customer service and execution for every supply chain we work with. Son of a flatbed trucker and growing up in a small town, hard work is part of life. The foundation of the company values start at the top leading with integrity. Having overcome tough life obstacles, grit is second. Our third is delivery, on everything we say we are going to do.

Director, Capacity Strategy & Carrier Relations

Garret Williams

Garret joined the JOS Group in 2022 as a carrier sales representative, quickly growing to manager of carrier sales, and eventually growing into a leadership role to excel the value he puts into JOS Group. Garrets focus is eliminating fraud, having over 5,000 shipments with zero fraud under his belt, his processes drive efficiency while showcasing our company values of integrity, grit, delivery on every shipment. When it comes to freight execution, Garret is an integral part of how the JOS Group delivers on our word.

Executive Assistant - Recruiter

Katie English

Katie joined the JOS Group in 2023 as our executive assistant, as a pivotal player on our team, Katie now takes on the additional responsibility for our recruiting efforts. She is focused on bringing on A players to the JOS Group team as well as rockstar entrepreneurs for our Agent Program.

Lindsay LeVere

Lindsay is our operations rockstar. Bringing over 10yrs of operations experience, she drives process and execution efforts through her ability to manage situations with urgency. In a fast pace industry, organization slows things down so that teams can execute. Lindsay is our organization to a hectic and ever changing industry. As the Operation Manager, her goal is to serve our shippers with elite solutions while ensuring our team is fine tuned.

Anthony Blome

Anthony came aboard the JOS Group in 2024, as a newer rep at JOS, he has exemplified our values from the start. He brings nearly 4yrs of business development experience to the team and to his role. Anthony has a strong background in frozen food products, Hazmat Chemicals, as well as industrial steel and metals.
